A lot more chatter in the Vortex than in the Zodiac community.
So do you think the Zodiac is solvable?  Also, re above sketch's, the unibomber is not in there.  That one was not very good either. Ted K.
I do believe that the Zodiac is solvable due to more physical evidence. I’ll say this:  I think the lack of chatter in the Zodiac case is due to a calm before the storm on the part of law enforcement rather than a cold case getting colder.

I watched the movie on the case some time back.  They seemed to believe they knew who he was?  Im not sure how many suspects but Im sure far less than in this Cooper craziness. So many false confessions.  But you do not see false confessions as often on a first degree murder rap.
The movie was based on a book from the 1980s about a suspect that the author had identified. The suspect was later cleared through multiple means including DNA. It's a great movie, but mostly fictionalized.

The case remains open and unsolved today.

Chaucer, you got it right and that is not an insult.  None of the Zodiac ciphers have been solved and may not be solveable.
First, two of the ciphers have been solved. I have posted multiple pieces of evidence in that regard in the past. It's not a debate. It's fact.

Second, the case itself remains unsolved despite two the four ciphers being cracked.

Chaucer, you are mistaken and that is not an insult either.  To solve a cipher you must first determine what constitutes the cipher and you and your friends have not done so.  Regardless of your claims about solving, you have not actually made it to the very first and mandatory step in solving the ciphers.
There are people who believe the moon landing was a hoax and Tupac is still alive, so there's room for all sorts in this world.

Such nonsense about the moon landing.  It really piss's me off.  Same type of idiots that believe Hitler made it out and all of these things.  Back to Cooper, I am sick of EU having his name all over these YouTube shows and yet, he pulls the History channel show that leans to McCoy.  The titanium could also be from the medical field could it not?  If you read this by some long shot EU, why dont you just put the McCoy/Cooper History show back up because it is a very good watch on his escape from Lewiburg and the skyjacking he did on I believe it was flight 855 from Denver to LA that he had land in SF.  You accuse others of trying to make this case fit their guy.  Yet you have a big problem with Gryder and his theory.  They may all be wrong. But at least we would have all the actual History in front of us. You are the only one with an agenda to pull that film.  You just sicken me.  I've seen phonies like you before. Smart, articulate and behind the scenes just a shark
You can be critical without being insulting. You don’t need personal attacks to make your point.

Agree, but he did come after me first. Anyway, there is this guy on YouTube that drops F bombs every other word, but he said something I brought up here a long time ago.  He said that Mucklow should be, well he says forced to, but I said asked, to listen to the voices of the suspects.  Voice recognition has not been attempted here as much as it should have has it?  She could possibly recognize the guys voice as she was with him the most time.   The guy  also talks about the Zodiac but he is just too bad with his language and the way he comes across for me to listen to any more of him.  But I do agree they should try voice recognition

The McCoy "History Channel" program was in fact an episode of the FBI Files, a Discovery network TV program.  This program still airs in reruns across the US, thus the episode may very well air again some day on traditional broadcast TV. It is much more likely that the copyright holders are the ones preventing the distribution of this program on the YouTube platform than Eric Ulis. Copyright blocking is a perfectly normal, reasonable, and benign explanation for why one is unable to find this episode YouTube.

Then why are they not blocking he others?

I've already led the horse to the water...

It's neat to see the influence you can have on people. Just last week I created a section on the Wikipedia page about the sketches and now this video pops up using some of the sentences I wrote verbatim. Warms my soul. Haha.

In the 1960s and early 1970s, a small complimentary package of four cigarettes came with most meals served on the airlines.  ICS matchbooks were free everywhere but most meals came with a small matchbook from the same company that provided the meals.  Its name was Magic Chef or some such thing.  So the matchbooks are not really a good clue.

The ics matchbook was empty and as Tina was going to throw it out, Cooper snatched it back from her before she could throw it out.
This shows that this particular "ics" matchbook had a personal meaning and connection for Cooper.
Therefore, I believe it is one of the most undervalued pieces of evidence in this case.

Not sure about meaning and/or connection, (although perhaps possible), but a good guess is that he didn't want them to have his finger prints which may have been on the match book.

Here is a description of a poi.
How close do you think he is to Cooper.

Poi:
Looks like the composite drawing
Has a turkey gobble neck re Bill Mitchell
Has a lower lip pout re Tina Mucklow
Smoked Raleigh cigarettes
Drank bourbon
5'10" tall
Soft voice
Brown eyes
Parachuting experience
Survivalist experience
Military experience
Caucasian with swarthy like complexion
In his 40's
Approx 180lbs

Ics matchbook on plane, this poi known to take an ics course  (International Correspondence School)
Tie- JC Penny's, this poi known to shop at jc Pennys
This poi was stationed overseas where Dan Cooper comic books were distributed
Battery from 'bomb', he was known to have these in his workshop
Dynamite/possible road flares, he was known to have a fascination with road flares.

Let's address the "worried about fingerprints " issue:

He wasn't worried about the bourbon drink glass
He wasn't worried about the cigarette butts
He wasn't worried about the tie
He wasn't worried about the time in the bathroom
He wasn't worried about his seat area
He wasn't worried about the parachute pack he opened to cut the cords
He wasn't worried about the railings on the aft door he probably touched on the way out.
He wasn't worried about the plane ticket
He wasn't worried about the $20 bill he gave the counter for the ticket
He wasn't worried about the $20 bill he gave for the drink

But he was worried about a single empty matchbook that the flight attendant had manhandled for who knows how long lighting him cigarettes?

Cooper's actions dictate that he wasn't concerned about fingerprints rather that he has a compulsive personality towards inanimate objects that he feels personally connected to.
And this personality trait would be identifiable by those who spend any amount of time around him.
