I tried one post and it went up in smoke. The case, socalled, is in total gridlock. No expectation that will ever be resolved. Ever means "forever". I could detail the topics of dissent and disagreement, the fact WSHM and Kaye are in gridlock over testing key evidence WSHM has in their possession .......... it all boils down to a total stalemate and gridlock between people and parties, with the loss of key hard evidence by the FBI still haunting this case perhaps forever. There it is.  Dave is to be credited with keeping his forum open just in case something new should emerge .............

Or... you can join Ryan Burns You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login and keep speculating forever? Elements of the case will be debated forever. Cooper's dna is of course the central question in the case, and that of course dna was the central goal when the 'science team' was formed. There is several versions of what the FBI actually has or does not have and the value of that ... suffice it to say dna was uppermost in Tom's thoughts, from the very start. The whole thing has been very frustrating. Anything that can authoritatively clarify the dna situation in the DB Cooper case would be progress, at this point.

I'm on Facebook and belong to Ryan's and Eric and other db related groups which I really enjoy!   That being said it's hard to beat the  knowledge of this group! At least when they are around here  lol. Have you ever been to the DB Cooper convention Dudeman!? I think it would be fun to get together and discuss the case!

Oh hey, sorry...   When you say "this group", aren't most of the people who posted here and on dropzone on the Facebook groups? I would have thought that they were. And no, I've never been to the convention. It would be fun to discuss the case, but I don't know what I could bring to it that you don't already know. I do not research it myself, most of the case details I know are what I've read from 'this group' here and on dz.

WSHM and Kaye are in gridlock over testing key evidence WSHM has in their possession

If the museum is concerned about how the rig would be handled, I would suggest that Tom Kaye contact Geoff Farrington, owner of Skydive Kapowsin in Shelton WA, about an hour and a half away from Tacoma, where I believe the museum is? Geoff is a long time parachute rigger well familiar with gear from that era. It was Geoff and his son Andy who did that re-creation jump in one of the Cooper TV shows. If Tom could get Geoff to assist and oversee how the rig is handled, that might allay the museum's concerns.
