I'm merely providing insight. If you want to ignore it and look for a guy with brown eyes then have at it.

I know what the FBI description says. I know blue-eyed Sheridan was one of very few people to be DNA tested. And, I have actually talked with those in the FBI who have investigated Norjak and stand by my former statement: The FBI does not know what his eye color was.

Bull.

Contrary to popular belief, true black eyes do not exist. Some people with a lot of melanin in their eyes might appear to have black eyes depending on the lighting conditions. This is not truly black, however, but simply a very dark brown. There is a rare genetic condition (from birth) called Aniridia which makes the eye appear to have “no iris.” In most affected there is a small ring of iris tissue but it is so small and the pupil is so large that it can look like the eyes are completely black. Aniridia is due to a chromosome mutation and causes severe organic issues...

Rank   Eye Color   Estimated Percentage of World Population
1   Brown   55%–79%
2   Blue   8%–10%
3   Hazel   5%
4   Amber   5%

Generally speaking since 5 genes are associated with eye color, eye color is usually fixed at six-eight months. Blue eyes at birth may darken and change toward brown, but the reverse shift is not statistically favored until age 60-80.

Flyjack, the documents you posted dating 2001 are probably related to the chute found on Reed island. documents dated as 8/22/2001 for the lab...

Something to consider: Where did the glass go that DBC drank his bourbon and 7-Up!from? He did not leave it behind.

BTW, DBC did not spill his drink...it’s just a myth created by Bill Mitchell who thought DBC spilled his drink and that Flo sat next to him to “fill out a form.”
Some men see things as they are, and ask why? I dream of things that never were, and ask why not?

4 plastic cups were pulled from the trash and checked for prints. since they are not labeled in the evidence list, I'll bet they threw them away...

There is also mention in the 302s about a “small brown hair” being found on the towel covering the headrest in Cooper’s seat. Typically hair is not as good in regards to DNA as other physical evidence, but it would certainly be better than nothing. I wonder whatever happened to that hair?

Since it was in Reno the odds are not good the towel and hair sample survived. I recall reading a 302 that the hair sample was in L.A. at one point...it should of all been in one location. a high profile case and they destroy evidence... >:(

The Cooper case is not unique. In 2001, in the Zodiac case, investigators tried to recover DNA from the stamps on the letters the killer sent. After 20 years it was revealed that they got the samples from the front of the stamps, not the back part that was licked.

Interesting wanted poster of Cooper dated November 29, 1971..

They describe the shoes by name... Oxford shoes

Oxfords first appeared in Scotland and Ireland, where they are occasionally called Balmorals after Balmoral Castle. However, the shoes were later named Oxfords after Oxford University. Oxfords were derived from the Oxonian, a half-boot with side slits that gained popularity at Oxford University in 1800.

Good catch shut that's pretty specific. I've heard coopers shoes described as oxford before maybe this is where it came from. Do these look like oxford shoes to you shut?

There’s actually a different sketch included in the most recent 302s. I will try to pull up an image.

Found this sketch in the 302s - page 153 of part 54. It was in relation to a newspaper article about Rackstraw. I was wondering if anyone had seen this before, and where it came from? Was it something the paper commissioned done independently?

T'is a puzzlement to me. Kinda looks like the sketch that Florence commissioned in the 1980s.
