You have an amazing imagination in addition to being super-quick! How many teeth is he missing? What's his dna? Looks like an efficiency apartment or a trailer?

The guy likes cheap art hung on the walls with wires and double stick tape - cant afford a frame? Moves around a lot? Lost in his search for meaning and comfort? When is his next appointment at Social Svcs?  ::)

Trying to use the quote form here, hopefully I did not mess it up.  Georger, you mention the teeth, maybe jokingly, maybe you have some info that few have.  However, I have a question on that.  I've read in a previous post that he had two crooked front teeth.  Can someone point me to the testimony that discussed his teeth?  For all the descriptions and composites, there is minimal info on his teeth.  I would think that teeth would be quite a memorable part of someone, especially if they were a heavy smoker.  What were Cooper's teeth like?  Could he have been missing a lot of teeth, maybe even most of his teeth, except for his front ones?

No witness noted anything prominent about Cooper's teeth. Recca's crooked teeth with separation(s) would have been noted.

Recca's facial/cranial profile does not match any FBI sketch. The square jaw and chin would have been hard to miss. Aspects of Recca's demeanor and how he carried himself would have been hard to miss/forget.

His recorded confession is also all over the place. Reca gets known details completely wrong. Honestly, and I don't mean to sound like I'm assassinating his character, but he sounds like somebody making it up. Landing in a tree? Okay. How does nearly six thousand dollars end up in the Columbia river? How is that detail not mentioned? Well, because the guy confessing is unfamiliar with the basic fundamentals of the storyline in the crime he is confessing to. He sounds like convict James Files confessing to the JFK murder.

Nice job everyone on taking apart this latest case.  :) I too am amazed at how these people pull this off without any contact here.

I'm sure they covered the money being found in 1980 somewhere in this story..my guess would be they will join the crowd with the plant theory. I think a good name for these types would be "surface researchers" which are those who have just enough knowledge to get themselves into trouble as agent Carr stated years back about Cooper..

The one thing the Cooper case had was time..Tina was able to go off topic with Cooper, probably more than we know. she gave detailed information about him..no jewelry was noticed as in rings, watches etc. no scars, or tattoo's were seen. being less than a foot away she would of surely noticed anything out of the norm with his teeth..Cooper wasn't a heavy smoker. 8 smokes in that amount of time is not considered heavy, plus he was nervous causing one to smoke even more. he should of wiped out a pack in this time frame with ease. if nothing is in the description about his teeth tells you nothing was out of the ordinary...

What this really illustrates is how badly some people actually want to be known as D B Cooper ! They actually went to great extent to try to come up with a story that gullible people would buy. Of course their tale is 100 % a total laughable fabrication. The wheels came off immediately when he allegedly landed in Cle Elum ! Even a newbie would know there’s no way that is possible ! These people are only thinking about book profits and hopefully a movie deal. It’s really has become a total joke and detracts from all the efforts towards a real solve.
We just had another double murder solve here in Washington dating back to 1987 via the same DNA GENEALOGY as was used to solve the infamous GOLDEN State killer case. I see this as a very possible Cooper solve IF the FBI actually has Coop’s DNA.

New and better data sets are being compiled or opened up for use every year, for all kinds of reasons. But of course the FBI has to cooperate and that seems to be the last thing on their minds now.

We know more and can test more about a distant star, than we can about DB Cooper! That's problematic on its face and begs a solution.

I'll be interested in how they explain the money on Tbar...the FBI knew the LZ was in Cle Elum, right? why were they there for three days looking for more clues..should of been one day for show..

I spoke with one of KOIN's television reporters..I'll keep his name out since he frequently says he's "embarrassed to the amount of knowledge" he has..and was given the link to this forum. we had a rather long talk, he doesn't believe any of this for a second. he did mention this on the news. Chris Ingalls from King 5 doesn't believe the story either. I've watch a lot of news segments and they seem to agree with Seattle.

Rackstraw was probably taking off the 1.5 lbs of "putty make up" needed to make himself look like a two decades older-than-himself latin appearing man. Or removing the wig he must've been wearing. He was balding, with sandy brown hair, after all.

It is those minor details that cause all the problems here.

uh, hang on folks, not so fast. Another shoe to drop. Problem caused by fake news. These folks are 100% correct about all of their facts. Fake news got it all wrong! They are talking about the BD Copra Nanjay hijacking in India! Reset your clocks - more to come!  :nono:
