New Cooper TV Broadcast

Nat Loufoque let me know today that DB Cooper is back on TV this weekend, at "The Unexplained" with William Shattner. Season 2, Episode 26, titled: "Outrageous Robberies."

DBC is the opening section and spends about 10-15 minutes giving the highlights of the case, but focusing on the CIA and Air America connection as providing an insight as to how DBC could know the 727 could be flown with the aft stairs deployed. They also suggest that the skyjacking was an agency op to improve airline safety.

Besides Geoffrey, three other talking heads are present: Scot Selby, Larry Levine, and Diane Birnholz. They seem like generic experts, as the producers used them for overviews in their other sections, such as the Gardner Museum heist, which is still unsolved and the 13 paintings still unrecovered.

An intelligent persons asks:  Does that kit you reviewed or anything in that Codis thing ... show eye color.

Answer: No.

Same person asks:  Can you tell us more about what a partial is?

Answer: Yes. But not tonight. Partials are useful but not statistically valid. Not admissible in Court, especially today in 2020!

I’ve studied the Southern Air Transport 727 airdrops over Korat Thailand. It’s my conclusion that the airstairs were removed for these ops. Any contrary opinions?

Boeing’s 727 airdrop tests over Moses Lake WA appear to have retained the airstairs.

I defer to your research, 377. You've been more successful than I.

Regarding Moses Lake, I attempted to dig up some contacts there that could tell me about the test runs out there, but to no avail. Oddly, Mike McPheters lives in Moses Lake....

This was obvious from viewing the video. you can clearly see the stairs removed in the video showing the exit of the jumpers. the video also shows metal sheets installed over the permanent part of the stairs. cargo could not get out of the back without destroying the moving section of the stairs and would make it hard for the jumpers to exit as well..

I've mentioned this numerous times in the past..

More Cooper on a Podcast designed by Millennials for Millennials

The hosts of The Deep, Dark, Truth, "Chip, Moe, and Mike" drove this Boomer crazy, but if you need a juicy diversion from your online English Lit class, this might be your cup o' tea.

These types of podcasts are always hurt by not having someone who knows the case better.

You're 100 percent correct, Marty. But these podcasts show the strength of the DBC story.

BTW, how are things with your Dad? Stabilized, I hope.

Andrade, Hope your father is okay..I didn't know anything was wrong.

Spirits are low on this end as well. another longtime friend and co-worker has cancer. went in the hospital 3 weeks ago for knee surgery and found out a couple days ago he has cancer. don't know the extent of the illness yet.

More or less stabilized, still under a lot of stress.

Though I get hit hard by Covid, was sick for an entire week. As sick as I can ever recall getting. Not fun
