Most popular unsolved crimes survive through time...today, the younger generation doesn't care. I see a lot of "quit wasting tax payers money, or he didn't steal enough to be chased for decades, or, he's an old man now" they don't see any reasoning in the chase.
Movie deals, sure, everyone has a right to make a film..it's the damage it might cause vs the good it could do..Robert is well aware of the problems with the book, but those who watch the film (if it happens) will not. you start getting the old "it's a true story" thingy from people who hardly know who Cooper was. nothing has been verified by anyone.
I was a little upset when The Learning channel bumped me, not because I didn't get on television. it was all the time I wasted with them..40-50 emails, phone calls all day long and into the evening..I learned my lesson, this won't happen again..I was told 2 days before I was to fly out to California...more shows will surface I'm sure..
4 of us were picked by Atlas productions to do a show about Cooper, but they wanted to do a year long deal..I tried to tell them it wouldn't work, but they went ahead anyway...they never did respond as to what happened..when they no longer need you, they vanish...(poof)
I wasn't around when Carr was on the DZ..wish I could have been. I follow his direction a lot, and often use quotes of his to explain things. yes, Jo was way out of line with what she did...just imagine putting Jo,Blevins,Colbert,and Marla in one room
now that's entertainment.....
