... Media doesn't love this story like we think it does.
I'm not so sure about that Un Sherlock.
When I posted pix of Tina back in 2011 when she was still MIA, the Mountain News got 40,000 hits. I even got a phone call from an editor at the Daily Mail in London asking for permish to publish, which I gave him.
Plus, when Marla was talking Uncle LD and the FBI said it was their "most promising" lead in the case, it was on the front page of every English-speaking newspaper in the world.
Lastly, one of the producers at the History Channel told me that their "Case Closed" docu in 2016 was the Most-Watched docu in their history. Not too shabby, I would say. Danny Boy even beats out Adolph!!!
40,000 hits, huh? Wow! Those are some real Jonas Brothers-level numbers! And with the 800+ people who were online, glued to the Forum last night according to the 100% accurate site count (right, Shutter?) that's amazing! And who can believe that a guy asked you for permission to use a photo...ALL THE WAY IN LONDON!!!
Have you heard of Bots, Bruce? Have you noticed the same 5 people posting at the Mountain News yet? Have you found a second reporter at any paper other than that one guy in Seattle who is in any way consistently interested in a Cooper story? For the record, *I* have asked for and received permission to use a Cooper-related photo, absent any fanfare, and the guy in Europe who contacted you yesterday was prompted by me. Not exactly awe-inspiring coverage.
Since you're not responding to emails...Do me a big favor - when a guy whom *I* contacted contacts you instead, bounce him back to me like it's a wrong number, because it most definitely is. The last thing I thought a guy one-third of the way around the world would do is push my inquiry - which was regarding simple fact-checking in a language I don't speak, by the way - into your lap. But for some reason it appears you've been categorized as some kind of go-to guru on Cooper, and unfortunately all of your thoughts on the matter are wrong. That special you just referenced, for example, is the one where you said into the camera, "This was really top, top secret stuff, so...D.B. Cooper was on the inside," during the same conversation you called the FBI's statements "cuckoo" and "untrue." No offense, but I don't think you're a good screen for my credibility.
Glad you bring up the pics of Tina you posted, by the way, because they were the kind of DICK MOVE I am trying to avoid. She wasn't MIA, she was living her life, and you Princess Diana-ed her. Most of what I DON'T post is because of EXACTLY that - the tendency of some to invade and not respect privacy. You think you found a scoop that the people have a right to know about; in reality, you exposed Tina to a small group of probably mentally-ill fanatics (no offense, everybody). I don't want anybody else subjected to that kind of entitled wannabe journalism if I can help it. Any questions I have for Tina can go unasked. I asked Shutter 2 weeks ago about the possibility of creating a members-only section of the Forum to allow discussion while helping protect people's information. I don't come to you because you're invasive, dismissive, and because you live your own version of reality.
You live your hobby and I'll live mine. Anybody asking about me, send them to me. Anybody interested in UFO's, Project Ultra or other-worldly events, I'll refer them to you. By the way, I immediately retracted my request from captain Sweden because within hours of my email, shit was posted publicly - BY YOU. Like a bull trampling flowerbeds in front of the china shop. Best not to open the door.
