You are not allowed to view links. Register or LoginI looked into the Ripper case but it is so long ago and the investigation so primitive that I think a solve is highly unlikely.

Nevertheless, I will continue to post updates on the Zodiac case as they come.

If you get a chance please watch "The Missing Evidence".  Done a few yeas back by a Swedish journalist (cant remeember his name at the moment).  Its impressive.  He gives his evidence and puts Charles Allen Cross Lechmere at every single crime scene.  He was found over the body of Polly Nichols I believe was here name, the first victim.  Another passerby and him notified the cops.  If he were the killer he had no time to do the post mortem butchery that was common in most of these.  The journalist does a faboulous job.  They even have a picture of Lechmere taken in the early 1930s I believe, not long before his death.  He looks like the devil incarnate.  I tend to believe it was him.  The only other suspect that has any credibility is the one that winds up in the asylum, because I guess they found some DNA in recent years.  But its sketchy as to how it got there.  These were prostitutes.  And these suspects all lived in the area and it would not be a big stretch that he could have paid for her services not long before the Ripper struck?

I've seen a lot of these type shows on the ripper. They each seem to always have their own pet suspect and some circumstantial evidence to make their case. Taken at face value, they each make a decent case for their suspect. I think that's about all we will ever get with that case. It's simply way too old to be legitimately solved at this point.

I know that Ralph's statement:

“He used foul language to the stewardesses,” Himmelsbach said

has been discussed before, I don't believe there's ever been any corroboration or secondary evidence supporting this.  Do you guys think that he was just trying to trigger Cooper with this or that there is some transcripts not made public yet ?

Were any of the stewardesses ever asked point blank about Ralph's assertion ?
