I don't have cable, Direct-TV, or a TV set, so I watch everything through my pc and streaming services.

Tonight, I just signed up for "PHILO" and their 7-Day Free Trial Period. They are streaming History's Greatest Mysteries three times tonight. First showing is at 6 pm PST. After the free time, it'll be twenty bucks per month.

For the HBO thingy on the 25th, I'll be signing up for HBO Max at Hulu, where I already stream. That'll be ten bucks a month, I think.

I saw that HBO Max has a 7-day free trial that you can cancel before owing any money. I plan to use the free trial to watch the one on the 25th.

For those who can't wait, the Formans just told me that they viewed the HBO docu via a streaming service called DOC NYC for $13.50.

Here’s a review for the recent HBO Cooper documentary. It’s not particularly kind:

So, I live in a shrine out in the woods? Ouch. Good thing they paid me in cash - 500 bucks. Anyhow, I thought it was a good day's work.

Just for the record, I have been abducted by Aliens. The Indiewire writer makes that sound like a bad thing...

Smile.

Here's the quote in question:

"...and the obsessive author who writes about D.B. Cooper from a shrine-like trailer out in the Oregon woods, all of these Cooper “truthers” are starting to sound less like reliable witnesses and more like people who say they were abducted by aliens."

I don't know anything about the upcoming HBO program.  However, the History Channel program is scheduled to be aired again at 7:00 PM EST next Saturday, November 21st.

My plan is to watch the upcoming DBC docu, "The Mysteries of DB Cooper" on HBO Max via my Hulu streaming service. I think it's gonna cost me six bucks or so. If that doesn't work, then I'll try going through my Amazon Prime Video account.

If that doesn't work, then I'll re-visit the DOCNYC website and spend $13.50, even if that means it'll reduce my net profit to $482.50. Sigh....

So you live in a shrine and Tina Mucklow used to live in a convent. I think that coincidence is too conspicuous to ignore, Bruce.

Paul Soderlind made the jump map based on the FBI map.

Does there exist any FBI document, or any other document in the public domain, affirming that Paul Soderlind was involved in either (a) the development of the "FBI map" or (b) the "jump map" which appears in "DB Cooper Part 18 of 52.pdf", page 416?

The name Soderlind and his position at NWA have been redacted from all documents where he is clearly referred to ... for example see 302s: D.B. Cooper Part 11 of 11-348 DBC 1823   and    D.B. Cooper Part 25 of 25-287 DBC 8270 .

Likewise, The unlabeled TAG Team test flight crew photo recently posted by FJ at DZ shows Soderlind - back row fifth from left. He is not the tall person in a tan shirt third from left identified by someone at DZ as being Soderlind - that is an error. The tall person in the tan shirt misidentified at DZ is in fact NWA Chief Pilot (Western Region) Elwood Lee.

Many thanks for the clarification. In that case is it a correct inference that Elwood Lee was the pilot in command on the sled test flight (not William Scott as frequently reported)?

Im not sure Elwood was the pilot on that flight - I would have to check my notes. But the TAG team photo was originally posted and given to a few others including me, by Hominid years ago. I dont recall where Hominid got his copy .... maybe Sluggo?
