It stopped raining here - thank Christ! But for the first time in years I have antenna damage due to wind. First time in twenty years! We have a really great local ham club with lots of able young people to help with that ...   ;)

The total rainfall at my house, just a handful of miles from the Mexican border, is less than 2.0 inches since January 1st.  So if either of you could send some moisture our way, it would be appreciated.  The temperature here for the next week or so is suppose to be well above 100 degrees (and that is at 4600 feet ASL).

Georger, I think the History Channel is going to have a series on Amelia Earhart starting in July.  Does this have anything to do with what the people in your part of the country was doing last Spring?

What broke Georger?

Speaking of radios Jo persists in her fantasy that Duane aka DBC wore a radionav corset that signaled location through vibration. She used to say it worked on VOR but now claims it used special boxes that Duane helped install on towers in the area. I've tried to show her the flaws but to no
avail. Mr CB Jock Carrier self taught EE was way ahead of the 71 tech curve.

They sure are friendly, for raccoons.  We have lots of them around here, I keep away and teach my cats to stay away from them too.  So cute, very smart, but you have to be careful.  Got a vicious bite I've heard and are prone to rabies.

For it were raccoons, that scattered LeClairs loot, after having left food in the bag...

Probably the same guys who believe the plane is in a photo, and thinks they found pieces of wreckage just off an island I don't recall at the moment...
